He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the
Polytechnic School, University
of São Paulo, Brazil,
and an MBA from the Wharton
School, University
of Pennsylvania.

in Brazil, Marketing Manager for

Mrs.
Kodama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial
Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the
University of São Paulo, Brazil, and a Master’s degree
in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oulu,
Finland.
